College/Career readiness

🎓💼 College & Career Readiness = Being Ready for What’s Next

It’s not just about grades or choosing a major — being college and career ready means you're building the skills, confidence, and mindset to chase your goals, no matter what path you take.

It’s about:

✅ Knowing how to manage your time and stay organized
✅ Learning how to problem-solve and think critically
✅ Being able to communicate and work with different types of people
✅ Exploring careers you're actually interested in
✅ Getting real-world experience and making smart choices for your future

No matter what you want to do in the future, college is your next step.

Upward Bound staff make it a priority to help you make a plan, attain the skills to succeed, and gain the confidence to make it happen.
