Once a month, Upward Bound students from all four high schools come together for an awesome, hands-on workshop. We bring in real experts to give you the latest and greatest info in their fields—no boring lectures, just real-world skills!

💡 Want to boost your ACT score? We’ve got a 5-hour Power Prep, Inc. class packed with game-changing test-taking strategies.
💰 Curious about money? A local bank exec will break down budgeting and credit in a way that actually makes sense.
🎯 Thinking about your future? Pros from different career fields share tips on getting hired and finding the right path.
🧘‍♂️ Stressed out? SEK Mental Health Center teaches ways to manage stress and get help when you need it.

🌎 Epic College & Culture Trips!

Twice a year, we hit the road to visit colleges across Kansas. We explore at least six campuses a year, so you get a real feel for different schools. But it’s not just about college tours—we make the most of every trip! You’ll visit science and art museums, national historic sites, sports events, live theater, and more. It’s the perfect mix of fun and future-planning!🎓✨
